How do I search for a title?
Quick SearchIf you know the title, author or ISBN of a book, type this in the Quick Search box and click Go. Click again on Find out more and a full entry will appear. Click on the Buy now button to order. If you only have a partial title in mind, or an author's name, follow this same procedure. A list of results will appear, one of which may be the title you are looking for.
Search by Author: Enter the author's full name, or surname, into the Author box and click Find. All titles written or edited by that author will appear in publication date order.
Search by Title: Enter the full title and click Find. Entering key words from the title will produce a longer list within which the title should appear.
Search by ISBN: Enter all the numbers of the ISBN and click Find.
Search by Series: Enter the full series name and click Find. A list of titles published within a specific series will result. Entering the key words of a series title will achieve the same result.
Search by Keyword: Enter a single keyword and click Find. A list of titles within which that specific word appears - either within the bibliographic, or descriptive product information, will be displayed. The addition of further keywords will refine the search results.
General Search tip: All searches can be further qualified by "Publisher" or by "Publication Date".
Search by Subject: Select your subject interest and, if required, a publication date range and click Find. A list of relevant titles will appear in publication date order. In some subjects the quantity of titles we hold is too large to retrieve as a single list. This can be avoided by refining your search with Publication Date parameters.
Search by Geographical Category: Many of these searches will also retrieve a large number of titles. It is advisable to refine your search with Publication date parameters prior to clicking Find.
How do I place an order?
All titles on eurospanbookstore.com are, or will be upon publication, available from our UK fulfilment centre, Turpin Distribution. Once you've found a book that you want to buy, the shopping cart system makes it easy to place your order.
Just click on the Buy now option on the title's page and the item will be added to your basket in the top right hand corner. At this stage you may continue shopping or complete your order. When you have selected all the items you require, click on your basket to complete your order. You will then be directed to an online form that requires your email address. Having entered this, click the Continue button. You will then be asked to enter your chosen Password (minimum 8 characters). Once you have verified your password you will be directed to an online order form. Once you have completed this, just press the Continue button and your details will be sent quickly and securely to us.
How do I pay?
To order online you will need a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or a debit card (UK only, Maestro or VISAdebit). We will not charge your account until your order is despatched. If your credit card is registered to an address outside the UK, the billing will appear on your statement in the currency of the country in which the card is registered. eurospanbookstore.com's customer service team will make every effort to ensure that the amount charged is the equivalent of the £ sterling price current on the day of processing your order - plus VAT and dispatch, if applicable.
Non-book products and products with a non book element may be subject to UK VAT. This applies to all customers in the UK and to non-VAT registered customers in the EU. The VAT will be added at the checkout after you have selected your shipping address. EU customers outside the UK who are VAT registered or VAT exempt, should contact us before placing your order.
If you do not have a credit or debit card, it is still possible to order books from our online bookstore. Simply contact our Customer Services team by telephone on +44 (0)1767 604972, or via e-mail to:
eurospan@turpin-distribution.com.
Alternatively you may print off and complete the Order Form [see "View Basket"] and return it, together with your cheque, made payable to "Eurospan Limited", to : Eurospan Group, c/o Turpin Distribution, Pegasus Drive, Stratton Business Park, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire SG18 8TQ, UK.
For UK residents, cheques should be denominated in £s sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Residents in Continental Europe may, for convenience, pay with a Euro-denominated cheque drawn on a bank in the Euro zone. The amount must be at least the equivalent of the £ price quoted at the exchange rate prevailing at time of payment. Residents outside the UK and Continental Europe may, for convenience, pay with a US$-denominated cheque, drawn on a US bank. The amount must be at least the equivalent of the £ price quoted at the exchange rate prevailing at time of payment.
In the case of payments received in Euros or US$, Eurospan Group and/or Turpin Distribution reserve the right to request additional payment should the £ value it receives represent an underpayment of more than £10.00 or more than 10% of the £ price quoted, which ever is the lower.
How will my book be delivered?
Is it safe to pay online?
When you place an order online with eurospanbookstore.com, your personal details are completely safe. We use the industry standard secure server software, which protects your information as it is transmitted over the Internet. Your order is encrypted so that no one else can read it, and is not decoded until it reaches our secure server. When it reaches us, only authorised personnel will see it. We do not store your credit card details online, so other internet users cannot access your details. In the event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your card, most banks and card issuers will not hold you liable for the charges incurred - or will only hold you liable for the first £50. We are confident that whilst you are using our site, there is no chance of this happening. So, if through no fault of your own, unauthorised use of your card takes place through our secure server, we will cover your liability up to a maximum of £50. This guarantee is limited to purchases made through our secure server and is subject to notification of your card issuer in line with its regulations.
What is the Card Verification Code?
The Card Verification Code system has been introduced by banks as a measure to combat credit card fraud. If you are using Visa or Mastercard, this will be a three digit code on the back of the card.

Will my private details stay private?
Yes. For your convenience, we will keep a record of all the information you give us so that we can make it easier for you to order in the future - and so that we can send you information about other eurospanbookstore.com products that might be of interest or important to you. We do not sell or rent your personal details to anyone. We also don’t store your details online so other internet users cannot access them.
Will my book be in stock?
eurospanbookstore.com has over 100,000 different titles in stock. If the title you have ordered is not in stock at the time of your order, we will record a backorder for you and arrange for it to be sent on when it has been received from the publisher. Alternatively, in cases of extreme urgency, arrangements can sometimes be made to deliver your order directly from the publisher - either by air or by courier.
What if I change my mind?
